​REGISTER?​

• Go to https://app.thestudiodirector.com/dance4joyministries/portal.sd
• Create an account
• Add each student that will be attending classes
• While in the family portal…
  • Enroll in A Class
  • Click on student’s name
  • Choose calendar season (D4J Annual Schedule, Once-A-Month Classes, or Charter Classes)
  • Click on class (If you do not see the class you would like, please email [email protected])
  • ​Confirm class enrollment by clicking “Yes”

​PAY TUITION?​

• Go to https://app.thestudiodirector.com/dance4joyministries/portal.sd
• Click on “Pay Now”
• Choose payment method
  • Pay by Credit Card, Pay at Front Desk, or Pay with Charter Funds (for charter approved classes only!)
  • Charter classes need to be paid through Hernandez Dance Productions via charter purchase order, cash, or check (made to Hernandez Dance Productions)
  • If the amount you see if different than what you expect, pay your usual amount and contact Marcella at [email protected]

​DROP A CLASS?

• Dropping a class can only be done through the front office.
• Please contact Marcella at [email protected]
• Include student’s name, class that needs to be dropped, and the reason it needs to be dropped
• Classes need to be dropped before the first of the month or you will be responsible for the next month’s charges. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
