Register?
• Click on student’s name
• Choose calendar season (D4J Annual Schedule, Once-A-Month Classes, or Charter Classes)
• Click on class (If you do not see the class you would like, please email dance4joyministries@gmail.com)
• Confirm class enrollment by clicking “Yes”
- Go to https://app.thestudiodirector.com/dance4joyministries/portal.sd
- Create an account
- Add each student that will be attending classes
- While in the family portal…
• Click on student’s name
• Choose calendar season (D4J Annual Schedule, Once-A-Month Classes, or Charter Classes)

Pay Tuition?
• If the amount you see if different than what you expect, pay your usual amount and contact
• Divina at dance4joyministries@gmail.com
• Place check or cash in small envelope provided at the black box
• Write name on the envelope and any information that might be important to know
• Name of family/dancer(s)
• Month/Days
• Place envelope in black box
• If you require a receipt Desk Hospitality can provide one to you.

- Click on “Pay Now”
- Choose payment method
• If the amount you see if different than what you expect, pay your usual amount and contact

- To pay at the front desk
• Place check or cash in small envelope provided at the black box
• Write name on the envelope and any information that might be important to know
• Name of family/dancer(s)
• Month/Days
• Place envelope in black box
• If you require a receipt Desk Hospitality can provide one to you.
Drop A Class?
- Dropping a class can only be done through the front office.
- Please contact Divina at dance4joyministries@gmail.com
- Include students name, class that needs to be dropped and the reason it needs to be dropped
- Please drop prior to the 1st of the month to ensure your account is not charged.
